career. She assembled a great team and created an atmosphere conducive to

creativity and collaboration. She allowed me the freedom to explore my characters

and their intentions and was able to focus my choices and those of my fellow cast

mates into one clear and cohesive vision. I couldn’t wait to get to rehearsal, because

the work never felt like a chore. I felt that my ideas were respected and

consequently, respected the ideas and guidance that Lisa offered.

Her innovative approaches to the script, along with her ability to incorporate different artistic and technical elements have led to many stellar performances.
